The Regional Future Center North (RZ Nord) supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their employees in Lower Saxony, Bremen, Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein in successfully shaping the digital transformation. Through practical advice, training and networking, the center promotes the introduction of digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) in companies to ensure their future viability.
RZ Nord focuses on supporting SMEs with digitalization and the use of AI technologies. This includes the individual needs analysis, the development of customized qualification concepts and the support of learning, development and change processes. A particular focus is on the human-centered application of AI in order to both leverage economic potential and improve the working conditions of employees.
The main objective of RZ Nord is to enable SMEs and their employees in northern Germany to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization and artificial intelligence and thus increase their competitiveness. By promoting innovation skills and creating a learning network, the aim is to make a sustainable contribution to the digital transformation of the regional economy.
