The speakers:

Jan Ruhnke studied Technical and Applied Computer Science in Hamburg. He has founded and sold two start-ups. During his studies, he began researching and building four-legged robots that can operate autonomously in a non-urban environment. He then worked on production optimization in the chemical industry. Before becoming Director of AI at the Artificial Intelligence Center Hamburg, he was Head of Disrupt at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His private interests are robotics, embedded systems, automotive and the music industry.

Carsten Hagemann studied computer science at the University of Hamburg. He developed an expert system for tool design during his computer science studies in 1987. He is an independent management consultant and expert in digitalization. He previously held management positions at several consulting companies and was a partner and managing director of a medium-sized consulting company for many years.
