AI in music, art and text
Friday, June 17 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Creative AI Symposium is an exchange platform for Interested parties from technology and culturethat might not otherwise meet in this constellation. We explore the entire spectrum of the use of AI in music, art and writing and have invited top-class speakers.
The keynote will be held by Prof. Eduardo Miranda from Great Britain – a pioneer of composing with quantum computers.
If you are not yet familiar with this new technology, Prof. Dr. Karl Jansen from DESY will give an introductory lecture on creativity with quantum computers.
The day will be curated by AI expert Werner Bogula from ARIC and conductor Yalda Zamani, who will represent the technological and creative side of the program.
Procedure
- The morning will be devoted to an academic overview of current developments and will be held in English.
- Three hands-on workshops in German will be held in the afternoon. Please bring your own laptops! The following topics are available:

– Text generation with AI

Organizational matters
- The symposium will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the 7th floor of the Ströer Digital Media office in the Speicherstadt at Kehrwieder 8.
- Coffee, snacks and a light lunch will be provided.
- The day will end in a nearby bar or restaurant so that we can continue the hopefully lively exchange.
