Gain AI knowledge at our brown bag sessions

We organize the Remote Brown Bag Sessions twice a week. Each session lasts half an hour and is open to all interested parties. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunchtime, experts from business, science and administration share their knowledge on a topic related to artificial intelligence. Many lively discussions have already taken place.
You will receive the event link if you register for the sessions on Meetup. (One-time registration required.)

    The new DeepSeek R1 language model is currently dominating the AI debate with its ground-breaking advances, significantly lower training costs and strong performance in many benchmarks. This session highlights the technical innovations such as the DualPipe algorithm and the three-stage post-training, clears up common misconceptions and asks whether the current hype is justified.
