Women are gonna make it! Auch 2025 veranstalten wir wieder einen Hackathon für Frauen aller Erfahrungsstufen. Kommt und codet mit uns!
In the gaming and crypto scene, WAGMI stands for “We’re All Gonna Make It”. In reference to this, we at ARIC and our supporters from DFKI, Bücherhallen Hamburg and Women in AI say: “Women are gonna make it!” and encourage all interested women to take part in our hackathon.
There will be tasks from four different tracks:
- Artificial intelligence: CTRL + C + CLASSIFY – How To Train Your Own AIIn this track, you will learn how to develop your own machine learning model for image classification with AI support.
- Internet of Things: Smart Minihouse
- Robotics: Develop a delivery robot“Robot, bring me a coffee!”
Who hasn’t always wanted to say that to a robot while sitting at their desk? Today you can try to get a little closer to this goal. In this track, you teach a robot to deliver things to your desk. You’ll learn how to program a robot and how it uses sensors to find its way around the world. - tbd
We look forward to spending a day solving problems with you and our mentors. Beginners are just as welcome as advanced AI experts, because together we complement each other best. This year there will also be a talk on entering the tech industry.
At the WAGMI hackathon, you can try out new skills and get to know other women interested in technology. Participation is free – but the feeling when your code finally works after a long puzzle is priceless.
