Abstract

The ageing societies of our time urgently need solutions for the economy and society in order to counter the threatening shortage of skilled workers. In this article, we describe the newly developed OSQE model (Optimize, Secure, Qualify, Expand), which for the first time outlines an AI cycle against the skills shortage in a holistic approach. This can serve organizations as a point of reference for strategy development, decision-making and for the implementation of AI-supported measures in an entire cycle of an employee’s affiliation to a company.
