Hamburg (27.07.2023): Der AI ART SPLASH rückt am 27.07.2023 im Harburger TEMPOWERK das Thema “Künstliche Intelligenz trifft Kunst” in den Mittelpunkt. ExpertInnen treffen auf junge Erwachsene, Familien und alle diejenigen, die an KI und Kunst interessiert sind und sich selbst darin ausprobieren wollen.
The AI ART SPLASH focuses on the friendly and creative side of artificial intelligence (AI). Lectures, presentations and hands-on activities encourage people to get to know AI and try it out creatively for themselves.
All interested citizens, families, schoolchildren and students are invited to discover the topic of the future for themselves in the TEMPOWERK event forge.
Together with AUFBRUCH.Hamburg and the Artificial Intelligence Center Hamburg (ARIC), TEMPOWERK would like to make the topic of Creative Artificial Intelligence (Creative AI) accessible to the citizens of the city of Hamburg and the surrounding metropolitan region in a creative and eventful way on July 27, 2023.

It will change everything significantly in the future. At the AI ART SPLASH, we want to give everyone the opportunity to experience it for themselves in a playful way.” Mark Behr from TEMPOWERK is looking forward to the event day: “We have specially scheduled our event during the summer vacations to enable many families to discover artificial intelligence. A trip to Harburg that is sure to leave many exciting impressions.”
The program
Guests can expect the following program items, among others:
- Demonstrations on AI and creativity to try out for yourself: AI and music, AI and visual art and AI and writing
- Robots in action
- Impulse and discussion: How artificial intelligence will change our lives
- Impulses and exhibition: Urban design – urban visions with AI
- The dynamic network format 12min.me is organizing the evening with its Vertical CREATE and will bring 3 speakers on the topic of artificial intelligence/creativity on stage for 12 minutes each. The audience will then have 12 minutes to ask questions.
- DJane Nanoviola (Splash Music and Machine meets viola/violin) provides musical entertainment in the evening and invites you to dance.
Free shuttle service
On this day, the on-demand transport service hvv hop will be providing its electric shuttles free of charge for the journey to and from the Tempowerk in the Harburg area. The journeys can be booked via the hvv hop app. Simply download the hvv hop app to your smartphone, register, enter the start and destination in the service area and enter the code “TEMPOWERK” under “Vouchers”, book the ride and off you go. A valid ticket in the hvv area is required. No matter from where in the Harburg area – the voucher is not tied to a specific station. This code is only valid on 27.07.2023 from 0:00 to 23.59. The free journeys for guests will be integrated into the current service on that day. When booking, each additional passenger for the booked journey must be entered under “Passengers” in the app. A contact person from hvv hop will be on site at the event and can answer any questions about this exciting means of transport.

Under the motto “Don’t waste your time!”, 12min.me regularly brings together a large number of people from a wide variety of backgrounds in business, science, culture and politics. Guests meet new, exciting people and connect with a lively community that is equally focused on business, education and infotainment. Three speakers each have exactly 12 minutes to inspire, enthuse and impart their learnings with their topic. Immediately afterwards, the audience has 12 minutes to ask questions or enter into a lively discussion. And everything is personal, direct and at eye level!
