And AI is already making a noticeable difference in our day-to-day work: our chatbot Marina is a company-owned AI solution that helps colleagues provide even better support to our customers. With our global AI hub, we have strategically bundled our AI expertise – with the clear goal of becoming the “Undisputed Number One for Quality” in container shipping and constantly offering our customers new quality standards.
