The newly founded Community of Practice (CoP) at RZZ Nord is officially starting its work with immediate effect. Over the next few months, it will bring together knowledge carriers in companies, experts from research, learning experts, political institutions and other initiatives that deal with artificial intelligence and structural change and support them in jointly forming a learning network on the topic of artificial intelligence.
Community learning and AI
The newly founded CoP promotes the development of knowledge for the SMEs represented and their employees through demand-driven networking and the exchange of expertise between those involved. In doing so, it follows the central concern of all those involved in the RZZ Nord to build sustainable structures and networks through which companies and employees in northern Germany can develop further.
Sustainable empowerment
The CoP establishes continuous support for companies, particularly following consultations. Within the CoP, topic-based working groups are established based on the needs of SMEs and supported by RZZ Nord in a customer-centric manner.
Supraregional exchange
The CoP reflects the effective project structure of social partners and AI partners in that it is supported conceptually and institutionally by the Artificial Intelligence Center Hamburg e. V. (ARIC), Arbeit und Leben Niedersachsen e.V. and Nordbildung gGmbH. Thanks to its supra-regional function, the CoP makes a fundamental contribution to cross-state exchange within the RZZ Nord.
