ARIC Brown Bag Session: AI as a colleague or competitor?

Automation through AI, with its opportunities and risks for the world of work, stirs up fears, gives rise to hope and raises questions. In order for technological change to succeed for a (performance) society, psychological research must also have its say. The lecture will shed light on the status of artificial intelligence in the working context, show how employees react to AI in the world of work and invite discussion on expectations regarding the automation of professional activities.
