Public financing: IFB Hamburg’s current funding programs

The funding landscape is complex, but offers enormous opportunities for innovation and growth. But which funding program is right for your project? What requirements must be met in order to successfully apply for funding? What criteria do public funding bodies have and what is the focus of the assessment of innovation projects?
On June 4, the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) Hamburg together with the Investitions- und Förderbank (IFB Hamburg) is organizing the next workshop in our series on “Public Financing”.
In the two-hour event, we will clarify the main challenges of public funding, explain strategies for the optimal design of applications, inform you about IFB Hamburg’s current funding programs and give you practical examples of successful funding applications.
Our guest speakers and experts from IFB will inform you about the funding program for innovation “PROFI” and the new funding call “AI and Robotics”.
In addition, two companies report on their experiences with IFB funding and provide insights into best practices.
The workshop is aimed at companies of all sizes, start-ups, academic or research institutions and representatives of public administration.
This is what you will learn in the workshop:
– What central funding institutions and funding programs are there at European, national and local level?
– How do you create the basis for a convincing application with a structured checklist?
– What funding programs for innovative projects does the Investitions- und Förderbank Hamburg (IFB Hamburg) currently offer?
– What best practices do companies that have already received IFB funding recommend for successful financing?
