With Gianluca Speranza (Cauliflower), Lukas Waidelich (Cauliflower)
Customer inquiries, feedback on products, services or companies as well as the collection of information – Due to the increasing digitalization, companies also have to map these core processes more digitally.
The use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) offers the possibility to process texts in large quantities and to make them usable for processes. For example, chatbots can answer questions or channel customer conversations, search engines can facilitate knowledge management, and text analytics can turn documents or comments into insights.
The application possibilities in business are so numerous and the entry hurdles with the preparation of data and the development of competences are unequally high that companies often do not know where and how to start.
The talk will give an introduction to the possibilities of NLP in a business context and present how the startup Cauliflower provides NLP-as-a-Service for applications. The Cauliflower founders will present how they develop their own language models and in which applications companies use their service.
The 60-minute workshop is free and will be held online on March 29, 2021 at 4pm.
